My Miele appliance has developed a fault

If your Miele appliance develops a problem, you can first check the troubleshooting guides on the website. The guides are organised by appliance type. If you still can’t fix the problem, book a service by calling 0845 365 6600. The service technicians are employed and trained directly by Miele and frequently undergo refresher training. This is especially important when new technology comes out.

My Miele warranty has expired

Your Miele warranty provides you with that initial peace of mind that if something unexpected breaks on your appliance, you won’t have to spend the cash to get your home running smoothly again. It will be quickly sorted out by a qualified appliance engineer. When your appliance is out of warranty, you no longer have that peace of mind and this is where our extended warranties come into play. Whether you have a Miele appliance or a Panasonic TV, we offer an extended warranty for many appliances younger than 8 years (without preexisting faults) – opt for either single cover or one policy to cover many appliances in your home.

It is also easy to make a claim with one of our warranties. All you need to do is call us on 020 8606 0045 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) with details on the breakdown. When the information has been confirmed and if your claim is approved, we will arrange for one of our technicians to call you to arrange a time to fix your appliance that suits you.
