General Information on Panasonic Warranties

According to Panasonic, their warranties cover genuine manufacturing defects as long as the original purchase receipt is provided with the claim. Panasonic products offer the following guarantee lengths:

Interchangeable lens Cameras and Lenses, Technics
systems, Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers and Fridge-Freezers. Camcorders
and fixed lens digital Still Cameras: 2 years

Electronic goods & other: 1 year

Extending my Panasonic Warranty

If you would like to extend your Panasonic warranty, you can do so easily with us. Opt to extend the warranty on one single appliance or take one warranty for multiple appliances from only £9.99 a month. You can extend your warranty for up to 6 or 7 additional years on top of your 2- or 1-year warranty. We also offer extended warranties for many brands in addition to Panasonic. Please note that appliances should not have any preexisting faults in order to qualify for cover.

It is also very simple to claim under our extended warranty. Call us on 020 8606 0045 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) with information about the breakdown. When the information has been confirmed and if your claim is approved, we will arrange for one of our authorised repairers to call you to arrange a time to fix your appliance that suits you.
